The $1 report

If the report isn't what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you via Stripe — no questions, no forms. Include the email you bought it with.

Legal note: because the report is digital content delivered instantly with your express consent, the statutory EU 14-day withdrawal right is waived at purchase (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). The voluntary refund above is our promise on top of that.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from the customer portal — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We don't issue partial-period refunds; you keep access until the period ends.

How fast

Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
